Using very specialised equipment you will be clipped to a safety rope followed by the abseil rope attachment. Final checks...Now it's time to step back off the edge remembering not to hold your breath! Breath out, relax your grip of the rope, feet apart for balance relaxing your entire body, noticeably descending to the rope end at the bottom of the crag. You draw breath, you gaze in awe at what you have just accomplished and for a moment you can't stand, legs have gone to jelly... next... uncontrollable giggles and laughter. As your nerves recover your brain quickly tells you to do it again!
